1)    Hidup akan sentiasa rasa bosan dan kosong. Tidak tahu apa aktiviti yang mahu dilakukan kerana sentiasa memikirkan tentang kerja atau tugasan yang tak pernah habis.

2)    Sentiasa dalam keadaan tertekan dan terburu-buru kerana kamu akan beri ‘dateline’ pada diri untuk setiap perkara.

3)    Kamu akan kehilangan focus untuk memberikan tumpuan yang minimum di dalam semua pekerjaan yang kamu buat.

4)    Kamu akan menjadi seorang individu yang moody, pemarah dan mudah naik angin tanpa sesuatu sebab yang kukuh. Akibatnya, kamu mula kehilangan rakan dan kekasih juga turut menjauhkan diri.

5)    Hasil kerja kamu kurang berkualiti. Kamu sentiasa tergesa-gesa untuk menyelesaikan tugasan yang diberikan kepada kamu kerana memikirkan banyak lagi tugasan yang perlu disiapkan.

6)    Tidak ada masa untuk bersosial kerana dirasakan ianya tidak penting dan membuang masa.

7)    Apabila berhadapan dengan kegagalan, kamu terlalu kecewa dan sukar untuk menerima kekecewaan tersebut.

8)    Tidak mempunyai kawan yang sanggup susah dan senang bersama. Ini kerana waktu mereka susah atau senang sekalipun kamu tidak pernah bersama mereka. Malah mereka juga akan menganggap kamu seorang rakan yang pentingkan diri sendiri.
